We will get to know one another and explore what you are hoping to accomplish through coaching, your biggest challenges and discuss how you can move forward. I will questions you might have, and you will leave with the possible next steps that you can take on your wellness journey.

  • During this 90 minute session, we will walk through the process of defining a clear and personal wellness vision, taking into account where you are and where you want to go. This vision will consider various aspects of your physical, mental and emotional health and will serve as an anchor as you begin systematically moving towards overall wellness.

  • Our 3-month or 6-month program is where you establish lasting lifestyle transformation!

    As our most popular packages, this allows to you create lifestyle shifts by taking action towards sustainable results. We will begin with the 90 minute Discovery Session followed by weekly coaching sessions that will last approximately 45 minutes each. During these sessions, we will take a deeper dive into your weekly goals and vision development that will allow you to gain more clarity and create realistic steps that will move you forward.

  • Great question! Some may say it’s all about nutrition and fitness, but it’s so much more. Wellness is about taking the whole person into consideration, finding out what is important to the individual, identifying met and unmet needs and discovering what the person feels is most important to focus on. This may address areas of overall health, sleep, environment, support systems, work-life balance, problem solving, chaotic schedules and stress levels to name a few. But it also can mean the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual habits that contribute to a person’s overall health. The beauty is YOU decide what it looks like for yourself!

  • Complimentary Consultation – This is my complimentary call where you will share what you are seeking through coaching, and I will share what my role would be. We will discuss the service options that I offer, and once you determine that I am a good fit for you, we will set up our Discovery Session and get your coaching journey started.

    Discovery Session – Where the magic begins!!! You will complete a well-being inventory that I will provide for you prior to this session, and we will dive into that at the beginning of this 90 minute session. We will start with where you are now and then begin to define a clear vision of what complete wellness looks like for you. I will guide you through this vision creation and spend some time on developing steps that will begin to move you closer to that vision.

    Coaching Sessions – These one-on-one personalized sessions will last approximately 45 minutes. The purpose of each session is to help you move closer to your vision of wellness with guidance, support and encouragement by fostering an ongoing relationship built on trust. We will use the process of inquiry and personal discovery to build your level of awareness, responsibility and confidence. We will explore where you are in the present as well as topics you feel are important in regards to your overall wellness. We will work to define attainable goals that will set you up for positive and sustainable lifestyle results. At the conclusion of each session, you will leave with clarity and confidence in new possibilities that align with your overall wellness goals.

  • As your coach, I am committed to partnering with you on your personal journey to wellness by encouraging you to re-build the self-confidence it takes to make sustainable change. I will serve as your guide to help you develop a clear vision for your life and honestly examine motivators and challenges that exist. I will support you in creating new strategies and goals and will listen to you without judgement or my own agenda while asking questions that will allow you to discover the answers that lie within you. When appropriate, I can also provide education and insights into specific topics without creating solutions for you.

    As the client, you will be committed to improving your wellness with the willingness to be open to explore new and sometimes creative solutions that will help you reach your goals while understanding that making lasting change takes time and patience.

  • Our sessions can be conducted over the phone or through a virtual platform that is HIPPA compliant and used for tele-health visits. You can decide which platform you are more comfortable with. I am flexible.

    Building trust is a huge component of this coaching process, and you can rest assured that all of our conversations are confidential.

  • The short answer is no. Coaching and counseling both work to move you forward and towards a discovering the full life you desire; however, their approach is very different.

    Coaching is based on a solution-focused approach considering more of the present circumstances and moving forward towards growth. It is built on developing your strengths, discovering new possibilities, exploring strategies to overcome challenges and creating action steps that will direct your path to wellness in the short-term and long-term.

    Counseling explores deeper into past experiences and the process of finding emotional or mental healing so that you can better move forward. If the need for such therapy arises during coaching, referrals can be made appropriately.
